Design and production of the body

JSC "PROMSVYAZ" projects and makes a wide range of the body for the telecommunication equipment. They differ in functional purpose, design and manufacturing techniques. At the enterprise there is all necessary: resources for design, a wide range of technologies, reserves of production capacities. These components provide the needs for the metal and plastic body not only self-produced the telecommunication equipment, but also for third-party customers.

JSC "PROMSVYAZ" is experienced designers, technologists and workers. We design the body in various executions: climatic, anti-vandal, with protection against EMR.

We design and manufacture:

• body and cases of the telecommunication equipment and equipment of optical networks of information transfer
• body and cases of universal appointment
• metal body of the equipment for storage,
• metal office and storage racks  

We do not limit our customers to strict interaction schemes or production volumes. Large, medium and even small series of products are delivered in a short time.

Range of our services for production of the body from sheet metal:

• Design of a body product or part according to customer's designs.
• Development of drawings and 3D models of the product, construction of scans.
• Adaptation of design documentation or models to production capabilities, development of CNC programs and technological documentation  
• Coordinate punching, stamping, bending of parts from a metal sheet with a sheet thickness of up to 4 mm on high-precision CNC machines with an accuracy of 0.1 mm . 
• Welding : manual electric arc welding . To contact (spot) welding, welding in a protective gas environment. welding or riveting of hardware, studs. threaded bushings
• Powder-coated polymer coatings in the RAL color palette    
• Screen printing by customer request  
• Assembly of buildings, installation of locks, standard electrical components, din-rails, current-carrying tires, power supplies, climate equipment 
• Packing in stretch film, corrugated cardboard , on pallets or in individual containers
