We design and manufacture hot-channel and cold-channel molds for plastic molding, die cutting, combined, bending, exhaust dies of any complexity, collets, welding devices, conductors, templates, devices for machining parts, devices for mechanical assembly, molding and installation of radio elements , devices for painting, electroplating and other works, any equipment according to customer's design documentation.

OJSC "PROMSVYAZ" provides metalworking services on CNC machines, performs the whole range of turning and milling operations, drilling, flat and round grinding of parts, wire EDM and wire machining, coordinate boring work, heat treatment, metal welding, performs milling on a universal programmable Deckel Maho DMU 60 monoblok CNC 3-axis vertical machining center, Picomax 55 CNC milling machining center according to customer drawings or based on solid models: operating range 600x500 500 mm; accuracy ± 0.008 mm. Tool manufacturing OJSC "PROMSVYAZ" carries out electroerosive piercing processing of any conductive materials, programmed according to customer drawings or on the basis of solid models on EDM piercing and wire-cutting machines FORM 30, CUT30 and Actspark SE1. The dimensions of the working bathtub are 1200x800x500 mm, table movement - up to 600x400x400 mm, workpiece dimensions up to 1000x700x400 mm, maximum weight up to 1000 kg, positioning accuracy ± 0.5 microns, manufacturing accuracy ± 5 microns, roughness programmable up to Ra 0.2.
